I was initially looking for something cheap and in bulk, like this (pictured above), but instead I stumbled upon this MONSTROUS MEGA KAZOO (pictured below).

That was funny enough. But what really got me was this (pictured below).

I laughed. HARD. Maybe because the kazoo is a cheap plastic party favor quality one, juxtaposed against a real instrument pick-up microphone. Maybe it’s the way the mic is rammed into the kazoo-hole. But that product gives me the giggles.

Video

So my bike tire somehow popped my inner tube in the middle of the night, so I replaced it (stupidly,...

So my bike tire somehow popped my inner tube in the middle of the night, so I replaced it (stupidly, without inspecting the tire or rim first). The replacement popped again in the middle of the night. So I found the little kink in the wheel rim and smoothed it out, and got one more inner tube with the fancy self-repairing gel inside, just in case.

I was riding on the way to Farm Fresh to get some chicken (because you know, they’ve got AMAZING chicken) and it popped a quarter of a mile from my house. This time, at a DIFFERENT spot than the first two. I think I need a new tire. ಥ_ಥ

Underwear prevents the chaffing of…a certain appendage, against the rough fabric of pants (esp. jeans and swim trunks). So if you lack such a…er, mutilation, there’s technically no reason for you to wear underwear, as you have a natural…barrier there still.

That’s also why swim trunks have netting. Because wearing cotton underwear into water is rather cumbersome.

The last froyo shop at the mall failed pretty quickly.
I grew up in the mall. The first six years of my life were spend cooped up in the back of a little oriental decoration store run by my parents, and it was and still is my second home. The actual business has grown to other malls, and shrunk back to this one, and has also moved around inside the same building several times, but this mall has always been my home. I know it like the back of my hand.

For proof, here’s a picture of me standing in the mall with some merchandise (a fan) from the shop:

I’m so cute. And here’s a picture of one of our first locations in the mall:

We’ve moved several times (all in the same mall) since this picture was taken. The location shown is now an ocean-themed kids’ playplace (with some pretty creepy zoomorphic play structures).

I used to go pretty much every week, but now that I’m older and busier and (supposedly) more responsible, I pretty much only go on holidays and summer break and whatnot.

I like to laugh at people studiously figuring out the mall map. I like to stalk people I know around the mall until they see me. I like to sit in the book store and read. And sometimes, I like to help around in the store (but my parents seems to think that integrating me into their work system is more trouble than it’s worth). But after 15 years, the mall gets kinda boring. So when something interesting does happen, I will chronicle it here.

And now you know a bit more about me!

Does this packaging look familiar to anyone? ಠ_ಠ

Does this packaging look familiar to anyone? ಠ_ಠ
